Shipping & Payment
◆ All orders are sent from Sweden. Inside Sweden we use the Swedish postal service and to the rest of the world we use Fedex.
◆ The shipping cost is 7€ within Sweden, 12€ within Europe and 12€ to the rest of the world.
◆ If you place an order over 100€ free shipping applies.
◆ If your order is to be sent to a destination outside the european union, you will be responsible for any customs or import charges added once the package reaches your destination country. We have no control over such charges and it is impossible for us to predict them. Note that this may cause a delay to your delivery.
◆ Your delivery is trackable and you will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has left Fedex Sweden.
◆ Please ensure that the postal address provided at checkout is your correct address, as we take no responsibility if you do not receive your item due to providing us with an incorrect address.
◆ A signature will be required when receiving your package with Fedex. To avoid failed delivery attempt please provide is with a phone number where Fedex can reach you during business hours.
◆ Fedex require a phone number for delivery and cannot deliver to a PO box.
◆ As payment method we use PAYPAL, secure, easy and quick!
◆ Note that you don´t need a PAYPAL account to process the payment. All major credit cards are accepted thru PAYPAL!
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be very happy with your things bought from our shop. If you would like to exchange or return a product please let us know within 3 days of receiving it. Send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org letting us know that you plan to send us your return/exchange. Then please send it back to us, at your expense, in its original packaging, unwashed and unworn.
If you receive an item that you believe has a manufacturing fault, please notify our team immediately via email email@example.com. We will try to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Please help us by providing a photo or two showing the defect/fault, as this will speed up the returns process.
